Project Overview
Frank Land Design, PC provided civil engineering services for a new Grace Outreach Ministries location at 0 West Holt Street in Mebane, North Carolina. Located within the City of Mebane’s extraterritorial jurisdiction in Alamance County, the project required thoughtful site planning, utility coordination, stormwater design, and permitting support to advance the development through local review.
The project scope included conceptual planning, preparation of a complete civil site plan package, stormwater and erosion control design, utility planning, landscape code compliance, and coordination with reviewing agencies. The work was structured to support both early design decisions and the formal Technical Review Committee process required for site plan approval.
Our Role
Frank Land Design served as the civil engineering consultant for the design and permitting phase of the project. Our role focused on translating the owner’s program and building footprint into a coordinated site layout while addressing grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, access, fire and trash truck routing, erosion control, and permitting requirements.
Results
Frank Land Design’s work provided the client and project team with a coordinated civil site plan package designed to support formal review and permitting through the City of Mebane. The deliverables addressed key development requirements, including stormwater management, erosion control, site layout, utilities, circulation, and code-required landscape elements.
The effort helped establish a clear path for site plan review, permitting, and future construction coordination while giving the owner a practical framework for developing the new ministry location.
