Frank Land Design was founded in 2024 by the dynamic husband-and-wife duo Garrett and Meagan Frank. Garrett, a seasoned civil engineer and landscape architect with a passion for innovation and problem-solving, brings technical expertise and creative vision to every project. Meanwhile, Meagan, the driving force behind the scenes, manages essential business operations such as billing, marketing, and website management, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with clients.
Together, Garrett and Meagan share a deep commitment to providing exceptional service and delivering high-quality results. The Project Engineer I is responsible for completing assigned tasks under the supervision of the Principal, Project Manager or more experienced engineers. The Project Engineer I is expected to apply the concepts learned through required education and prior professional experience to solve engineering tasks as assigned. This position is typical for recent engineering graduates and/or engineers new to the respective field of work.

The Project Engineer II role is designed for an engineer who has moved beyond entry-level work and is ready to take on greater technical responsibility and leadership. In this role, you’ll apply your experience to independently solve engineering problems, support project delivery, and help guide junior staff—while continuing to grow under the mentorship of senior engineers.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technical work, collaboration, and emerging leadership responsibilities.
